JOB PURPOSE
This position supports Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) health care delivery in a system of non-profit, FQHC clinics aimed at treating rural, underserved populations. The position is responsible for delivering and picking up supplies between all locations.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred.
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Good organizational skills with close attention to detail, accuracy, and neatness.
- Ability to organize and perform detailed functions, prioritize tasks, anticipate needs, and make adjustments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, patients, and external vendors.
JOB DUTIES:
- Process orders, load/unload supplies, and make timely, daily deliveries to RKM locations.
- Accurately enter data to track orders received, distributed, and the utilization of supplies/equipment.
- Assist with monitoring the inventory of supplies at each location/department.
- Receive supplies by verifying quantities against vendor shipping lists, as needed.
Employment Type: Full Time, Monday through Friday

Starting Salary Range: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour; up to 3% annual increases
