Clinic Social Worker – LPC, LCSW or LMFT (LICENSURE REQUIRED)

RKM Primary Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center with 11 clinics in 5 parishes.
Job Overview: Our sites qualify for the National Health Service Corps loan repayment program (individual qualifications apply).
Position Requirements:
- LPC, LCSW or LMFT licensure to practice in Louisiana, REQUIRED.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Required.
- Prefer 2 years of experience providing therapy for all age groups.

- Psycho-Social Assessments.
- Treatment Plans.
- Therapy/Counseling.
- Risk Assessments.
- Referrals.
- Documentation.
- Emergency Patients.
- Performance Improvement.
Employment Type: Full Time, Monday through Friday

Starting Salary Range: $56,780 - $76,940 per year; up to 3% annual increases.
