We are looking for a driver to provide timely and safe transport of patients to and from appointments.
Responsibilities include:
- Completing checklists for vehicle safety and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate mileage and location log for vehicle usage.
- Obtain paperwork from patient as required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Employment Type: Full Time, Monday through Friday.
Starting Salary Range: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour; up to 3% annual increases.
